Do not use Psych Plus or Dina Rico if you care about your emotional or physical health. I had a problem with a prescription and neither Rico nor the company will contact me back, and I've tried email, phone message, having a pharmacy contact them, and through their website. I had to get a new doctor just to get my meds refilled, and am going through withdrawal as a result. I have been a patient at this office for the past few months, but my experience has significantly declined following a rescheduled appointment last month due to technical issues on their end.
