My Dr. really cares about my healing and really listens to what I say. I’ve never done therapy before but I am very impressed with my therapist. She has helped me so much already and we’ve only had a few sessions. I’m so thankful for her☺️

My provider is great and give her 5 stars but my rating stems from post provider appointment. The follow up phone call process is difficult. It is hard to get in touch with a live person without having to leave a message and call back. Clearer communication regarding medication refills and the refill process and timeline should be more transparent during appointments and post appointments.
