I have been going to Rachel for some time now. She has helped me on so many levels. Talk therapy is essential when you have things that you need help to organize, recess and eventually make big decisions about. I am very thankful to have someone who not only cared about me as a person, but cared about what I was going through. I recommend her professional services and appreciate her very much.
I do not recommend her as a therapist. Today I was told by her to not schedule with her anymore because I had to cancel last minute due to not having COVID-19 test results back yet and didn’t want to potentially expose her or other clients. She then proceeded to tell me “if you don’t come to your appointment I don’t get paid”.
