I felt very comfortable with my clinician in this office. She was able to help me get my anxiety under control and help me understand and handle my issues. I fell as though she really cared about me as a human. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of help.
This first review is correct. They are AWFUL with customer service and calling people back. Suzanne King is very nice don’t get me wrong, but I just need someone who’s able to get me to dig a little deeper. She helped me get through my last semester of college and was supportive, though. I recently needed to be referred by Dr. Nathan to somewhere more serious, and have never gotten a phone call back from her in 2 weeks. I left her a very strict and unhappy voicemail to her.
