Monique is a wonderful life coach and therapist. Even though I'm seeing her for life coaching, she incorporates CBT techniques in her coaching. She has a very positive, encouraging attitude that is contagious. She's also very personable and easy to open up to, while helping to hold yourself accountable to your goals. Can't recommend her enough!
