Appts are rescheduled without any consideration of the patient schedules. NP Dean and Calderon are never on time. Not even for virtual sessions you sit there waiting until they decide you’ve waited your whole appt time so now back to rescheduling. Front desk office is very lazy and inconsiderate of questions and time management. I don’t know why they even recommend this place. They want your insurance money. That’s it
