I have been seeing Emily White for over 4 years. She's been so helpful. Emily is extremely knowledgeable,understanding,Careing and compassionate. The reception staff are great. I highly recommend this service.
I called this place prior to booking in to my doctor for a referral, to ask whether they could specifically cater to someone with my diagnosis. They said yes, and they've got capacity. I got my referral done and it then took me many, many calls of being told that it will be assigned next week, the psychologist will call you tomorrow, on and on for 4 weeks. The practice manager called and to her credit was lovely. But no, they lied throughout at every stage, they don't have capacity at all and they didn't at any stage intend ... read more
I waited for several weeks for them to select a psychologist who would help best my case, then they said were booked out because of the end of the year is busy. Just wanted to remind this is a mental health and not a beauty saloon. I would appreciate it if they told me much earlier so I could find someone else to help me sooner.
