I do not recommend this practice! The director discharged my child in what feels like retaliation because I expressed my opinion on how things are being ran at this office. Jennifer the director was not only rude on said call but spoke to me in a manner I couldn’t believe someone who works for mental health would talk to someone. She sent the therapist to inform us when it was her call to discontinue treatment for my child and the therapist said she wishes this wasn’t the outcome but it’s out her hands. My child loves her therapist but the reception’s desk sucks. They rarely answer the phone or call back in a timely fashion. When I approach the desk I feel as though they really do not care to be of good assistance and they feel unapproachable.
Very good staff, would definitely recommend going here, if you are looking for services go here
Highly recommend staff is amazing, they truly want to help you been here for 2 years now.
