This place was a joke ! They don't seem to respect the fact that people come to therapy because they have mental health struggles or need support and patience or kindness. It took over a month to get an appointment, I'd been looking for a therapist who took both my insurances for 3 months. When I found this group, I was so relieved. I get to be myself with no judgment; I get encouragement and am held accountable. Therapist/councelor is understanding and compassionate.

I used to love them, had a great therapist for over a year, longest I've ever had. She was awesome, but then she suddenly left. No goodbye, nothing, didn't get to have our last session, nothing was wrapped up. For someone with abandonment issues it felt terrible and I'm still upset by it. Worst part is, I can't login to the chat app and I still, 7 months later, haven't been able to get my things left there in the office. Got one response and nothing since a month ago. Was matched up with two uncertified therapists in training, really felt like nothing I talked about was taken seriously. Felt like every appointment was just a chore for the practitioner to get over with and mark off a checklist. Really not what I wanted or needed in a mental health professional.
