I have used this service two times in the past and they do a great job matching clients with therapists. I was satisfied with both counselors that I had in the past.

Unprofessional. Your schedule will be moved around without any notice, leaving you to waste your time waiting for a therapist that isn't coming. They didn't put my single session through insurance at first, and wasted no time trying to charge me outside of it. They only stopped after I called them out on it not being put through insurance yet. While my therapist was fine, going through the front desk work alone was enough trouble to push me away. This office is pretty nice have Room for everyone to talk And set up China overseas student that who understand Chinese people’s talking and they are behave

The therapist I'm seeing has been wonderful! He is understanding and willing to work with me re resolving my problems. I am so grateful to have this service close to me. (PS: This was not the case with my last therapist that was in a private practice.)
