I’ve been going here for over a year, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. My first therapist wasn’t the best fit, but the second one I was matched with has been great. My current therapist has helped me a lot, and I’ve made meaningful progress. The approach here feels more goal oriented than traditional therapy I’ve had in the past, which I really appreciate. Tldr: Went in cooperative, left realizing this industry is fueled purely by ego. First off, administrative staff are beyond unprofessional. Did not respond to any of my communications other than the initial intake, until I said I might look for someone else. Heidi will listen to you for maybe the initial consult and then make the rest up to fit her narrative a tie a bow on it. I have used this service two times in the past and they do a great job matching clients with therapists. I was satisfied with both counselors that I had in the past.
Unprofessional. Your schedule will be moved around without any notice, leaving you to waste your time waiting for a therapist that isn't coming. They didn't put my single session through insurance at first, and wasted no time trying to charge me outside of it. They only stopped after I called them out on it not being put through insurance yet. While my therapist was fine, going through the front desk work alone was enough trouble to push me away.
