In the year and a half that I worked with Cassandra here to address my anxiety and depression issues, she helped me greatly improve my quality of life. She's very competent and insightful, a great listener who really strives to understand the essence of what you're saying, warm and sympathetic, and has a great sense of humor. If you want some help, I would definitely recommend scheduling an appointment.
