Worst Psychiatry I've had to date. They are not there for your benefit.
Dr. Mayra Nunez Is an amazing psychologist. She’s a tremendous help. I’ve made great progress towards reaching my goals with her. Dr. Mahendiran is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever worked with. She puts effort into understanding my issues. Other psychiatrist barely spent 5 minutes with me, but she takes the time to speak with you.
Two stars because the therapists are amazing. However, the psychiatrists are incredibly irresponsible. They want to do nothing but prescribe you a laundry list of medicines that you don’t need, even if they aren’t working for you. Their appointments don’t last longer than 10 minutes but charge you for a full hour. Don’t even get me started with the billing department. Overall, they will direct you to the psychiatrist even if you don’t need it and the psychiatrist will want to put you on 2-3 unneeded medications even if you j... read more
This is the worst. I called them back in May for my son, he was put on a waiting list . Once his name came up on the waiting list I received a call I called back WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO NASTY THAT I SAID I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE her response was oh well😤😤
I absolutely love my therapist here so please don’t think this review has anything to do with the services I’m receiving. The billing department woman I just spoke to was extremely rude. I called to try to dispute a missed appointment, I’ve been a patient for over a year and never missed an appointment. My balance is pretty high as I’m stressed about it as well.
