Two stars because the therapists are amazing. However, the psychiatrists are incredibly irresponsible. They want to do nothing but prescribe you a laundry list of medicines that you don’t need, even if they aren’t working for you. Their appointments don’t last longer than 10 minutes but charge you for a full hour. Don’t even get me started with the billing department. This is the worst. I called them back in May for my son, he was put on a waiting list . Once his name came up on the waiting list I received a call I called back WHOEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS SO NASTY THAT I SAID I WILL FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE her response was oh well😤😤

I absolutely love my therapist here so please don’t think this review has anything to do with the services I’m receiving. The billing department woman I just spoke to was extremely rude. I called to try to dispute a missed appointment, I’ve been a patient for over a year and never missed an appointment. My balance is pretty high as I’m stressed about it as well. I’ve never had an appointment with the doctor that lasted more than 10 minutes yet he still bills my insurance for the full hour. They still do not allow in person appointments and still use Covid as an excuse even though all other doctors offices are back to normal. Think they’re using that as an excuse to make more money. Also, nothing but insurance mishaps here. The one receptionist is very rude and snarky. Avoid avoid avoid!

My therapist was outstanding. Absolutely no complaints about her what so ever and she always advocated for me as a patient when it came to the treatment with the doctors, which is my main complaint. The doctors are very nice but the whole system with their appointments I genuinely think is a bit ridiculous. You should not be offering online appointments only with psychology patients.
