I highly recommend seeing Gina Fisher. She is an incredibly skilled psychologist and I have seen many therapists before, she is the best. From day one I felt completely heard and safe. She is very empathetic and provides gentle accountability with useful suggestions. I’ve gained so much self awareness and have learnt alot through cbt and schema therapy.
I have been to this practice several times and can recommend it. Friendly admin staff who communicate any delays. Very much appreciated.
