Nice and helpful, as my own experience!
I underwent two and a half years of therapy here, it should be said at an EXTREMELY low cost compared to everywhere else and all I can say is, very good. If not for these lovely people I don't know where I'd be now. The three psychologists I had here helped me process the years of trauma I'd been through and find a way to deal with the emotions around them. I had a random Psyc session via the phone when I needed help. I felt scrutinised for my own personal decisions with my health... Was told I had to be 'informed' because of the clinics stance on certain health issues even though that wasn't the reason why I'd came. I felt worse leaving then when i arrived in my first 30 min appointment.
