I had a random Psyc session via the phone when I needed help. I felt scrutinised for my own personal decisions with my health... Was told I had to be 'informed' because of the clinics stance on certain health issues even though that wasn't the reason why I'd came. I felt worse leaving then when i arrived in my first 30 min appointment.
