I was told by this Psychology Associates of Grand Rapids clinic, and Blue Care Network, which I have through work, that I would have to pay a $50 co-pay for their services, AND THAT IS ALL. I asked this twice of BCN and the clinic at different times. Turns out both lied to me both times, and after the service I was handed a bill for $900 out of pocket cost because they lied about the co-pay, and my part was actually 20% of the cost, but only after I had paid the remainder of the deductible.
