I have referred multiple patients to Dr. Pakdaman. All of them, without exception, have had improvements and exceptional results. She even accompanied one of my patients to surgery while her family was out of town. I highly recommend her for treatment of stress/anxiety, depression, insomnia and cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic pain. She is hands down the only therapist in the LA area I recommend to all my patients.
