I left SEVERAL messages. Their office message says they will get back to you in three business days their message says you can leave voicemail or text message. I started leaving messages February 12th. I had an upcoming appointment March 16th. I needed to reschedule. When I logged into my portal to see if I can leave a message there. Listen to the rest of these people. Complete waste of time. I show up to my appointment, knock on the door 5 times. Called and emailed. Left several voicemails. Sat there for 25 minutes. Had to drive 30 minutes just to get there. Why even make appointments if you cant keep them??? Being sick isn't anyone's fault but why is nobody in charge of letting "clients" know the office is empty? Missed multiple appointments and now won't respond
My special needs daughter desperately needs her IDD diagnosis paperwork for services. I was referred by MHIDD but do not go here. It is not professional and the time frames are not true. I have been waiting for months for this much needed paperwork. After the office cancelled multiple eval appointments we finally got in. I was so relieved to finally have this but it has been a nightmare of excuses and delays. Would not recommend for any parent attempting to help their child. Just so disappointing.
I was tested in May and was supposed to have my evaluation results in around 10 weeks now it's November been 25 weeks and still nothing I've reached out multiple times and still nothing.
