I should have googled reviews for this place before making appointments. After the 3 hour evaluation we made an appointment for 6 weeks later. No one ever showed for our appointment. No answer to texts and calls. I think patients should be able to bill doctors for late or no-shows. Wasted hours for this including travel.
Horrible experience. My appointment was rescheduled 6 times and most days it was half hour before the appointment. It was rescheduled due to Amy swope being "sick". I understand it happens but 6 times. Then a virtual evaluation was offered... no thank you I don't believe a virtual evaluation would be accurate. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time
Friendly staff but be prepared to request your evaluation results for several weeks/months after the appointment. My daughter was evaluated in February and it is now July 14th still without results. Listen to the other reviews, just schedule somewhere else unless you're ok waiting an unreasonably long time for reports. We were originally told 10-12 weeks, then June 21st, and now there is just no response to inquiries at all. If I could give no starts I would, there’s always an excuse between this and the reviews on why they never have results in time!
Horrible experience. They performed a 3hr evaluation, told us we'd have the results in about 3-4wks, which I thought was pretty long, but then never received the results. It's been 5 months and still getting the run around. Just keep telling us, it'll be soon and the doctor is behind on her work. Don't recommend going here. Complete rip off and a waste of time.
