I had a very positive experience at my appointment. The provider took the time to listen carefully, answered my questions thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I appreciated the professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail from both the provider and staff.
I went there for my evaluation last week, and they were kind and professional.
I’m going to have to side with others on this. Kollross did ZERO. Like- she didn’t even ask questions. She invoked no thoughts helpful towards my therapy, gave no sort of thing to think about or “homework”. Nothing. Wasted my time and my kids’ time. Made herself and the office some money. I would’ve saved money and gotten more results staying on my own toilet instead paying for theirs. They don’t give the option here for -5 stars.
Went to kollross for an autism evaluation. Absolute round about waste of time. Learned nothing new other than the scoring questionnaire results I filled out. Waste of time , I wasn’t told anything of substance. I don’t know what I could have expected but I waited months for someone’s opinions and attitude. No help.
