I have struggled with this office. I’ve stayed to maintain consistency of care for my children as they are there because they are already dealing with a lot and I’m trying to minimize the introduction of new stressors. However, Our experience have not felt patient centered at all from day one. Dr. Montelone and Anne Marie have been amazing to me and my family. They have helped me with my confidence and my daughter calls Dr. Brian her feelings doctor and will ask to talk with him. I am so thankful for them.
Very helpful, knowledgeable staff with clear and concise instructions. I’m not sure what the low star reviews are referring to because they clearly state payment policy and costs for last minute cancellation, reminding you about talking with your insurance so you know if visits are covered, etc. front office staff have been nothing but pleasant in the year I’ve been going here. It’a best to go with another service provider!!! Office staff and senior physician is not friendly and they will take unexpected funds out of your account causing total inconveniences! Not helpful at all! Very disappointing!!!
