STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was charged for a visit that was canceled because the therapist quit without notice. Never received a bill until 2 weeks *after* my card was charged. I did not authorize this transaction. Received no call back after attempting to get it sorted.

I am awaiting a developmental assessment for our 3 year old, which occurs in a little over a week. So, far psychological pathways has been very punctual in calling me back and making a appointment. They have also communicated with me effectively about the assessment and the next steps. I felt compelled to write this after reading all the negative reviews. I will update my review after his 1/6/26, appointment. I do not expect anything but, positive feedback!

My husband had to be evaluated for a peripheral nerve stimulator. Was charged $542 for a zoom appointment. Mind you he already has a spinal stimulator..... Quite a scam they are running.

I was going to wait to make any reviews because I was still hoping this place would fix their error with my insurance to get my evaluation, but it is not worth it based on the reviews I have read. I was originally told my insurance was accepted at this office. I was then told my insurance denied coverage for the intake appointment and that the intake required payment. The intake was not yet scheduled, and I believe they were asking me to pay in advance in order to schedule it. That is very unprofessional. This is either inco... read more
