In my opinion, the administrative staff are unprofessional, incompetent, and spiteful. PHC said I was not covered under my insurance, and refused to look into it themselves. I only found out about this when my counselor informed me, because the administrative staff didn't contact me. I was told to call their billing office and spoke to Christine. She said she couldn't help me, that I wasn't covered and that was that, but she offered to transfer me to someone at PHC to ask about changing me to another therapist who is cov... read more
