Disappointing experience. We were reminded several time that they were 'not able to diagnose anything'. Testing was done and the report received contained raw data with a lot of very generic information that did not pertain to the individual. The school psych found it difficult to interpret. There was no information provided as to how the child managed within the testing process ie: did they require repeated instruction, did the perceive that the child struggled numbers or comprehension etc. There were no recommendations pro... read more
