10/10. The staff is really helpful especially Dr.Michael is one of the greatest people I've ever spoken to.
I am extremely disappointed with the way I've been treated by the reception staff. I'm a new patient and had a death in the family, so was forced to reschedule two appointments to attend the funeral and support my family. The receptionist, Angie, was impolite, curt, and refused to let me reschedule. I understand there are policies in place regarding this, but at the time I canceled the appointment, she did not tell me I wouldn't be accepted as a patient because of the cancellations.
