We loved the staff here. Everyone was super nice and I felt like they really listened to our concerns about our five year old. Everyone felt like real people and they made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to Psychological ARTS.
The appointment setter Gabby was very rude and unprofessional more than once. The waiting area was filthy, not very sanitary if you have to kids. Dr. was friendly but your staff will give you a bad name. Gabby's behavior was uncalled for and I wish to never go back. I asked to speak to Dr. they refused. I have yet to hear from Dr. about my complaint.
