Pros: Good benefits and decent pay. Cons: Unrealistic expectations, high-school drama-like atmosphere, poor management. Put my heart and soul into this company for almost two years and got dropped while covering for a coworker that was out for 4 weeks. Had double the work and they decided to fire me a week before my coworker gets back.
