Dr. Luke Rosen over diagnoses and ignores previous diagnoses. He said he would send a 'brief summary' to my doctor without explaining to me what information it would contain. I assumed it would simply be a summary of his thoughts and possible medications and treatment options, so I stupidly signed the ROI.
