Charging me for appointments that never took place, phone lines are always “out of service.” They have changed their name multiple times and they keep going in and out of business. Extremely unprofessional. My appointment got pushed back twice. They make seeing a doctor incredibly difficult. How am I supposed to get help if I just kept getting put off? I'm incredibly upset and disappointed.
