tried making contact multiple times via email and phone but nobody ever seems to respond. It feels almost as if whoevers running this place doesnt really seem to care about it. One time I called within their listed hours here on google (i called at 4, on here it says they close at 5) and the robot on the other end said they were closed. They dont check their emails and they dont bother to update their web resources. Judging by the other reviews here I am not the only one who has experienced something like this
Go somewhere else that cares enough to see you in person and not charge you and arm and a leg. It was not worth it. They used to be great, but after the pandemic things went downhill fast. They never even responded back to me when I asked for my medical records. I do not recommend Psychiatry Services, especially now. Very impersonal and their rates just keep on increasing.
I have left 3 messages for this office and have yet to hear back from them. Do they treat all patients this way or just the potential new ones. Glad I didnt have an emergency.
