I cannot express how much hate I have for their intake department. They are impossible to reach. I'm looking for mental help and the whole system is designed to just trigger all my stress issues.

Intake person told me I had no referral and that each Psychiatry department has to get a separate referral by location just for intake! They proceeded to say that they would reach out if I had a referral. It has been 3 weeks since my referral was made and still contact. I also tried my PCP (also with PAMF) in case there was a mistake and they said they already sent out the referral and it works FOR ALL LOCATIONS and to try that same number again. Their intake department is absolutely the worst! For the new patients, they would give you a call at a random time. If you miss their call, they leave you a number to call back. But when you call the number, it always goes to a voice mail. If you are lucky, you will get another call from them a few weeks later at a random time, and if you miss their call again, then good luck scheduling an appointment with them. Absolutely the worst customer service the I have seen in my life. Try to avoid them.
