I just got a bill from this place and I’ve never been seen here nor have I went here I have no idea what that is about but you guys need to reach out to me immediately
I have been trying to reach billing but all it let's me do is leave voice mails. I've left a couple over a week and a half and there's been no response. I don't even live in Texas but some doctor in Colorado billed my insurance through this business and it's a whole mess!
I tried to schedule an appointment but the receptionist had a rude tone of voice and had no patience as I tried to figure out a schedule and hung up on me. You’d think they’d have more considerate staff for a mental health establishment.
