If I was able to write Zero stars I would. This clinic is NOT mental patient friendly! They are very dry, cold and unwelcoming when you have to speak to them on the phone. They get more rude by the minute. I was told when I came to my appointment, I had to be there an HOUR early, not the 15 minutes iris told me. They then proceeded to tell me they sent out letters and iris messages that I "read" that stated this and because by this point I'm so upset I now can't be seen ever because I'm mad and not accepting the lack of care... read more
Lisa Dabbs is my NP and she is patient, kind, understanding and will only give you medication that she sees is necessary. She won't over medicate you. She listens and she cares and is genuinely concerned for the well being of her patients.

If there was a zero star option, I would choose it. PSA: under no circumstance would I go here. I was denied treatment because I “wasn’t a good fit for them.” This entity is in the business NOT to help people but to help their bank accounts. They are seeking patients who are complacent, compliant, passive, and most importantly, easy to manipulate into taking medication. Psychiatry has become a joke.
They strung me along for 4 months just to tell me they wouldn’t help me and to go somewhere else
