Absolutely terrible. I was referred here at the beginning of July and it took a month for the referral to go through (End of July). Then they were booked fully and couldn’t do an intake until the end of August. The morning of my appointment (less than an hour before) they cancelled on me because their provider was “out sick”. Not a great place when looking to establish care. The only way to establish care is by calling their number and I was on hold for 30+ minutes. When I was able to speak to someone about establishing with a psychiatrist, I was told they are only accepting internal referrals due to the high demand (however this is not listed anywhere). I found this clinic through my insurance who listed providers as ones that are taking new patients. I had the best experience I’ve ever had here. The doctors truly listened to me and got to know me before making recommendations on medication. The once they did they walked me through all my different care options - risks and benefits and truly tailored the care to me. Dr Renner and Dr Bestbelobya were amazing!! Scheduling was challenging but well worth it.

EASILY THE WORST PLACE TO SEEK MENTAL HEALTH CARE BECAUSE THEY WON'T TAKE YOU. I was referred to here only to get told "We only take referrals from our UW Medicine clinic, but even if you get referred here, you will be placed on a waiting list because we've been at full capacity for the past 2 years". That's odd, the website says they're accepting new patients. Seems to be poorly managed and operated.

They used to have good therapy until their dbt group tried to get me fired from my job and they tried to hold me hostage!! Don't ever call any of their therapist ever!! They will try to kidnap you!!
