Poor system with 0 accountability or concern for patients from administration. Residents mean well but need support.
Inflict harm consistently. Covered up abuse run away. Special recognition to Director of Psychiatry Katherine Thayer who took NO responsibility or acknowledgement of harm, pushed me out the door with no referrals, and blamed me for therapist misconduct taking orders from legal. Now evaluating legal options including notifying Boston Globe Spotlight Story even though feel bad for resident stuck in broken system.
Supportive staff; great care.
