Very inexperienced staff.
Horrible. Just horrible. Literally had an appointment at 315. Ok not even got referred there by PCP and was told it's for 1pm then to confirm the appointment they stated it at 315pm my son didn't even get to be seen as we had to be somewhere by 5pm
It is a very comforting and welcoming environment! The receptionist is kind and helpful! The doctor's kind and I feel understood. I definitely recommend!!
