I am extremely sad and disappointed. This is my 2nd review for this establishment. The first time was just as negative, however after getting questioned about it several months ago, I felt inclined to remove it. I regret that. After being a patient for a year, I’ve finally had enough with the staff here. The only reason I stuck around this long was out of desperation for an available DOCTOR. not once have I ever even as much seen the actual “Doctor” or “Psychiatrist” himself at this establishment. Dr Whitfield is just incredible! I can't say enough good things about this man and his staff. I was taking my son to Dr Torres in Edinburg and after almost 2 years -nothing! Dr Whitfield got him "back to normal" in about 5 weeks!!!! LOVE this man!!! THANK YOU FOR CHANGING OUR LIVES -FOR THE BETTER!!! A+++++++
I've been trying to get a refill on my son's prescription and All they can keep saying is " oh we are just waiting for the physician to sign off on it " it's been 3 days already and again they just told me he should sign off on it tomorrow. This is just ridiculous.
Tried to call multiple times for someone to answer, say nothing, and immediately hang up. Won’t even bother then since I wasn’t even given the chance.
