Carrie Schlar almost killed me by sending me home with Ketamine nasal spray for sleep. I have a history of substance abuse which she was aware of. I was ill prepared for the effect using too much and ended up going down the "K" hole and slamming my head on my hard bathroom floor. If I can prevent one person from her lack of knowledge on how dangerous her practice is I will be content.
