When I came for services here, it was before Dr jones retired. She was an amazing doctor and helped me IMMENSELY. The reason for the low stars is other staff. Even when there the staff up front were not polite. And since leaving I had my current provider ask for my medical records and her office was told that psychiatric services responded that they do not have my records. Do you guys have any employees answering the phone? It is so annoying to call you over and over and play phone tag because you can’t staff anyone to answer phone calls.
Great practice, helped me a lot when I was at my absolute worst, even when I was being noncompliant and not showing up to my appointments. Having my meds adjusted quite frankly saved my life at one point. I would not be here writing this review today had my doctor not been proactive. Dr Mcgivern is a great doctor, highly recommend:)
To put it simply, Dr Gallner has dramatically changed my life. I spent ages 16-20 on antidepressants and had a boatload of childhood trauma that had caused me to struggle deeply with depression and anxiety to the point of suicidality.
