Was seeing Dr Vaughan for years. She WILL withhold your medication. She does not care if you go through withdrawal or not. I do not have any controlled medications, nor changes to my meds. I am sick and did not cancel my appointment, just called and asked it to be telehealth, and was told by the very impatient and biased front desk people that I would not be getting refills without her seeing me face to face. Using medication refills as leverage especially when no controlled substances are involved is unethical. People with ... read more

Front desk staff very transparent about cost and setting up expectations for the visit. However, when I arrived, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called back (which at the time I was ok with BECAUSE I assume that they are with patients who require their attention and that I will be given the same courtesy when it's my turn). Staff is super nice and helpful. It was tough to get it in anytime before a month in advance but it was certainly worth the wait.
