It was going good but lately they never answer phones + person at the front desk has problems scheduling people . I called to confirm my appointment on a Wednesday she says it’s scheduled on a Friday… this has happened multiple times then they charge you $100 late fees . I’m done here
Wish I could give 0 stars. I came for postpartum help and they were incredibly rude. Charged me a fine for a virtual appointment that they didn’t send me a link to and wouldn’t respond when I called multiple times before the appt to ask for it. I just got a collections note about the late fee. Horrible place, just want your money, go anywhere else.
I would rate this place 0 if I could… Dr. Shah is THE worst and least understanding person they have working there AND he’s supposed to be the best lol. He claims to be an addictionologist but is far from it. And that’s from someone who thought he understood me in treatment. All I have to say is that if you’re looking to better yourself FOR yourself and the people around you, this is not the place to go!!!
The people in the office lied about paying before the appointment and after 5 visits they informed me I owed 600$. When I called to set up a payment method they were very rude and they hung up on me before i could get my issue resolved, and had no concern of my mental health, if I could leave 0 stars I would. Would not recommend to anybody.
