I should’ve listened to the reviews…. All Dr. Shah did my appointment was roll his eyes and scoff at me. Perhaps you should look into a different profession. Lisa was good, unfortunately im too uncomfortable to return.
Wish I could give negative stars. As a disabled person with a medical service dog, I called there to make an appointment with Dr. Shah. The front desk person is very kind however, I did make her aware that my medical service dog accompanies me everywhere and we made an appointment. She called me then to change the appointment for the same day, which I agreed to and reminded her about my service dog again and she assured me it would be OK. Love this clinic. Front desk is amazing, and so is my therapist!
It was going good but lately they never answer phones + person at the front desk has problems scheduling people . I called to confirm my appointment on a Wednesday she says it’s scheduled on a Friday… this has happened multiple times then they charge you $100 late fees . I’m done here
