She has: been infantilizing and insulting; questioned deeply why I didn't feel like doing the optional weigh-in and suggested I might have an eating disorder because of it; randomly took me off a medication without any notice of it, causing me to miserably withdraw from it; would purposely leave off my benzodiazepine prescription from the pharmacy, making me remind her again and again, like I'm some sort of drug addict; sends wrong dosage amounts of the pharma... read more

Love the ladies at the front desk especially Ayesha. Ayesha always responds in a timely manner very sweet and always has a smile. Gotta give it to Mrs Saima Hashmi, she makes me feel very comfortable with her. Of course they’re there to listen but she is really great at her job. Thank you to the whole staff
