You can never actually speak to an actual person. They charged me $75.00 for a missed appointment, which I had canceled because I was at the hospital holding my Mother’s hand while she died. This company is all about the money. Nothing else.
I had an appointment on Friday, and was told at that time that the nurse practitioner required signature from the psychiatrist to fill my medication. This signature may require an additional appointment - something I was not informed of at the time of scheduling, otherwise I would not have chosen a nurse practitioner. I was told that if they didn’t get a signature, they would call me. I tried to explain that I would be out of medication, to no avail.
