I went in because I've been out of Adderall for 2 months. My psych ghosted me and I'm struggling to find a new one. My symptoms have been affecting me a lot lately. I've tried my Primary Doctor and she won't listen to me and keeps saying there is an ingredient similar to what I'm allergic to but I took it for a month and was thriving and had no issues. I have sweet and sour experience. I feel the staff in the clinic are really nice but once you go into the living room it's a little weird meeting different kinds of people. They also have a snack bar and a fridge with sandwiches and fruit cups and that's awesome but I could tell that some of the people there didn't like me grabbing food. I even sat down one time and one of the patients was looking down on me before getting to know me. Went in because I wasn't sleeping well for weeks, maybe 2-4 hours a night, and needed help with sleep. Doctors and staff are great but I waited 5 hours during my first visit. During my second visit, 2 weeks later, I had stopped sleeping completely for a couple of days, and needed supervision while I slept with the help of a prescription drug with a side effect potential for sleep loss. Wow this place is great! I have severe anxiety and depression and I have medication that helps me a lot but I did not have a US prescription as I was living overseas. It was an emergency situation as I was out of my meds and terrified of withdrawals. I was suspicious of going to a psychiatric hospital because I never have before and I watch too many movies. I had tried getting appointments with doctors in town but was turned away everywhere. I tried the Brightside app which claims it can prescribe antidepressants, but the pr... read more
