I have been seeing Dr. Turchan for over 20 years or maybe a little less. He has always worked well with me. He is thoughtful, and thorough. He offers changes and medications as my needs and situations change it always makes me part of the decision process. He keeps me aware of side effects and possible addictive effects. In such cases he follows me closer than normal.

If they can't manage a schedule, I don't trust them to help manage my mental health. On 3/13/2020, they asked me to come in for a first appointment 1 hour before it was supposed to start. I agreed and left work and hustled down there, only to be left sitting in the waiting room. The appointment was for 11:30 and they close for lunch at noon. I left the office at 11:45, since I wasn't going to pay money for a 15 minute appointment. Really love Dr. Korger. I’ve been with him for 7 years but Sandy is horrible. I had a major anxiety attack leading me to the er and was told he was gonna see me within a week. So I wait for the call he promised and it never came, so I called them and Sandy was practically yelling saying there was nothing she could do and even moved my appointment from June 17th(3 weeks after the er visit.) to July 27th saying that it would affect my meds but she gave me no choice and said I had to have the appointment the 27th which is over ... read more
