Honest to god, the worst experience EVER. If you care for your loved ones who are dealing with mental disabilities, DON’T COME HERE. Pamela should not be in this profession. Within the 2 hour appointment, she was able to shame and demean my sister’s struggles with depression. She does not empathize with mental illness at all. While my sister was at her appointment, she decided to take a phone call to put in her order at starbucks. That alone just shows you how much she cares for the well being of her patients. I'm not sure who Sonia is, but I'm pretty sure it's a HIPPA violation to keep calling me and telling me about her appointment, and they're impossible to call back!
Doctor's don't follow up or return phone calls. One doctor in particular has refused to follow up on FMLA paper work for my wife's disability pay to stay home with my son. It's been 5 weeks! Still no paper work! Doctors name will be posted here by end of week if we still get no reply!
