Got a referral, and spent 3 weeks trying to get a hold of them. They call once in the morning and if you miss it, they refuse to answer. They want you to do a questionnaire, so they can review it and decide if they want to deal with you. That takes 2 weeks, of you don't do the questionnaire on Monday first thing in the morning. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, these people don't really care.
They were friendly and very helpful and took the time to answer questions that I had and explained things so I could understand it
I saw Tracy B. for five years and she was wonderful, kind, compassionate, and treated me like a person. Since her departure, I was transitioned to Dr. Cagle, who did not demonstrate the compassion her bio suggests. She seemed more focused on control than on continuity of care. She was worried about “staying within her scope of practice” but didn’t ensure a safe transition for me as a patient. My psychiatrist tells me all the time to just call him if I i need something but every time I call I get dismissed or sent to voicemail. How am I supposed to reach him when it feels like the entire rest of the staff is tasked with making sure nobody bothers the actual psychiatrists!?
I saw one of the psychiatrists there and just didn't click (long story). They will not allow me to see another provider in that building.
