Dr. Penney is an incredible physician. I was heartbroken when he retired, but he deserved the break as he gave his heart and soul to his patients.
I have been seeing Dr. Penney for 2+ years. He is an amazing doctor that knows his stuff. Very caring and gives great direction with all issues that I have.
Best phychiatrists I've EVER had. Helped me with SO many issues. He is THE best !!!
Never seen the doctor, but the "attack poodle" that answers his office phone is bad for business. She asked about insurance coverage, said that she did not think the doctor accepted that insurance, but when asked if he accepted cash as payment, she changed her tune and stated that the doctor was not accepting any NEW patients. A physician that makes the money more important than the health and welfare of a "person/patient" is not the kind of physician I care to see.
