My Dr sent a referral and I filled out the paperwork for my 14 year old to be seen. I waited a week and a half for them to tell me they could not help him, without even talking to us....just off the paper work, but would not tell me why so I could use the reasoning going forward to try and find someone else. I would look elsewhere if you actually need help because they don't seem to care.

I had an appointment scheduled a week ago. I woke early that morning with both eyes swollen shut and my lips swollen from an anaphylactic reaction to medication. I sent a text to the office immediately at 5:30AM to cancel my appointment and detailed the reason why I could not come in. They want me to pay $75 for not notifying them earlier. I could have died had I come into their office. I will NEVER use their services ever. I have worked in a doctors office for 26 years and would never treat our patients this way. My husband has been seeing Brandie for about 9 years, she is the first person to make him fell comfortable enough to open up. He now can talk to her about anything, Brandie is amazing!!! So amazing I started seeing her as well

Y'all. I was down at my lowest. There was no hope to be found, and then I found Brandie. She's helped me more than anyone ever has. She listens and responds with compassion. She listens to your opinions on your meds and let's you have a say. Seriously could not recommend her more. It's been a year and my mental health is better than it's ever been, I can finally say I'm okay and mean it. If you're looking for a psychiatric practice, this is your place.

I have been seeing Brandie for a few years now. She is personable, caring, very thorough, & very professional. I highly recommend her & the office staff.
