Left my family member alone in a room for hours in the dark without checking on her. She was not checked on, was left alone and uncared for. Staff was very rude to her and dismissive of her concerns as a patient. Patient could barely move and needed to use the bathroom. Absolutely NO staff members was checking on her and she could not get the assistance she needed to be properly transported to the bathroom. Because of this she had to CRAWL! Terrible nursing staff and communication as a whole. A family member was transferred to this facility after being “diagnosed” with conversion disorder. The family member was unable to speak, move, walk, etc. The staff left patient in wheel chair for the entire night with out checking - in knowing that the patient was in paralytic state.
