Called to make an appointment, they offered a waitlist but could not answer estimated time (will I get in a couple of months or will it be two years? Have people gotten in to see someone that was on the waitlist this year? etc.). Truly ridiculous concept.

I really can’t say enough good things about Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Solutions. Everyone in the office has been so helpful and so welcoming. I feel like every member of the staff really has my best interests at heart. After only a few sessions with Naomi, I truly feel like I found the perfect person to talk to. Just incredibly grateful for the care I am receiving!

Psychiatric and Behavioral Health Solutions is truly a breath of fresh air in a field that's oversaturated with healthcare professionals whom often care more about their egos than the well being of their patients. The office staff at PBHS is always friendly, professional, and attentive. They take the time to get to know the patients and have gone out of their way to help me many times. I saw Caren Goldstein this morning for my 10 year old daughter. I cannot say enough good things about my appointment. Dr Goldstein took the time to listen to my daughter's history and I didn't feel rushed one bit. She was so knowledgeable and I truly felt so relieved at the end of our appointment. I would definitely recommend. My daughter struggles with anxiety and depression. She was great with her.
