The staff is very warm and welcoming as they help navigate clients through the stressful process of finding a therapist. Great care is taken in finding the best possible fit and answering questions along the way. While you can typically reach a live person during workday hours, on those rare occasions when you have to leave a message, your call is returned quickly. It is obvious that Dr. Breuer cares about his patients and is vested in providing the highest level of care to all the patients at the practice.
Unreliable, inconsistent. Do not seek out assistance from this practice if you are looking for dependable care.
Employees sound like very nice and caring professionals. The company itself needs a better system for new patients. There's no wait list for new patients. I called multiple times over the span of around 2 months, attempting to schedule a new patient appointment. I eventually gave up. I am sure they provide a great service if you can get through the door. But for new patients, I'd argue that this is terrible customer service.

My experience with this office and my provider was incredibly unprofessional. I was a patient of Dr. Rutledge’s for several months at the Columbia location, seldom missed an appointment and always called in advance if I needed to reschedule.
