Employees sound like very nice and caring professionals. The company itself needs a better system for new patients. There's no wait list for new patients. I called multiple times over the span of around 2 months, attempting to schedule a new patient appointment. I eventually gave up. I am sure they provide a great service if you can get through the door. But for new patients, I'd argue that this is terrible customer service.

My experience with this office and my provider was incredibly unprofessional. I was a patient of Dr. Rutledge’s for several months at the Columbia location, seldom missed an appointment and always called in advance if I needed to reschedule. When I arrived to the office during my normally scheduled appointment, I discovered that my provider booked someone else in my time slot. If you are a normal working adult, it is almost impossible to schedule an appointment with them. If something is not currently available (and nothing reasonable ever is) they will tell you something along the lines of: "Sorry but we do not have a waiting list, you will need to call us back on Monday morning and see if anything opens up".
