ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO WORK! Call center employees not nice to callers, call them derogatory names and they do tricks to avoid taking calls. Mgmt is unprofessional and there are cliques. Mostly spanish and not many other races are hired there. Their hr dept isnt any better.
An absolute disgrace to the industry! Can't find a provider, multiple calls to supervisors who always say they will call back within 72 hrs. No one ever has! It's been three months! They flat out refuse to give names and extention numbers so you never know who to contact and have to go through the nightmare of customer service and hour wait times!!! They should not be certified by medicare in any way!
Beyond awful!!! My criticism is based upon multiple submissions. Psychcare denies paying out of network claims wantonly in my experience. I have no knowledge of covered in network claims. They have a problem in their system reading the office visit #11 in the form. You can wait for months with no movement.
By far the worse insurance company I have ever worked with. Misinformation, site crashes, long wait times telephonically, an embarrassment to our healthcare system and the efforts being made to insure fairness to the members and providers. A for profit company that is a complete debacle any way you look at it. Buyer beware
